‘Kimchi Shakshuka’
Recipe for Kimchi Shakshuka:
1. Heat up a pan with olive oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
2. Add chopped garlic and our delicious kimchi and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in a can of diced tomatoes and stir until combined.
4. Create small wells in the mixture and crack eggs into each well.
5. Cover the pan and cook until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro before serving.
