‘Beetroot Hummus’
Recipe for Beetroot Hummus with fermented beetroot chunks:
1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, fermented beetroot, garlic, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice. Process until smooth and creamy.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste and pulse until well combined.
