‘Avocado Toast with Our Ruby Red Sauerkraut’
Recipe for Avocado Toast with Our Ruby Red Sauerkraut:
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup of ruby red sauerkraut
1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.Toast the slices of whole grain bread to your liking.
2.While the bread is toasting, slice open the ripe avocado and remove the pit.
3.Scoop out the avocado flesh into a small bowl and mash it with a fork.
4.Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the mashed avocado and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
5.Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
6.Top each slice with 1/8 cup of ruby red sauerkraut.
Serve and enjoy!
