Recipe for Goat Cheese Salad with Our Fermented Beetroot Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups of mixed salad greens
1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
1/4 cup of sliced red onion
1/2 cup of fermented beetroot (sliced)
For the Dressing:
3 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Start by making the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, crumbled goat cheese, chopped walnuts, and sliced red onion.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is coated.
4. Add the sliced fermented beetroot on top of the salad.
Serve and enjoy!
