‘Christmas Turkey BLT with Kimchi’
Recipe for Christmas Turkey BLT with Kimchi:
Ingredients:
4 slices of your favorite bread
4-6 oz of leftover roasted turkey, sliced
4 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
1/2 cup of your favorite mayonnaise
1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce
1/2 cup of your favorite kimchi
1 small tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined. Set aside.
2. Toast your bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
3. On one side of each slice of bread, spread a generous amount of the Sriracha mayo.
4. Layer the sliced turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado, and kimchi on top of the Sriracha mayo.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.Top the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread, with the mayo side facing down.
Cut the sandwich in half, and enjoy your delicious Christmas Turkey BLT with Kimchi!
